TeamConnect is a dynamic web-based solution designed to optimize team formation and collaboration in interdisciplinary project environments. Whether you're organizing a hackathon, coordinating a school project, or managing a digital initiative, TeamConnect provides a structured and efficient way to bring the right people together based on their skills and interests. After signing in, an admin creates an event. Each event includes predefined skill categories e.g. Design, Audio, 3D and project types e.g. Game, Film, or Web Project. The event admin then shares an invite link with participants, who join and set up their profiles by entering their description and selecting their skills.

Once inside an event, users can create projects, defining details such as a project name, type, description, preferred skills. The platform enables two primary ways to form teams: project admin can actively search, filter, and invite users with the necessary skills, while users can browse existing projects, and request to join teams that align with their expertise and interests. Only the project admin has control over team management, including editing, inviting members, and removing participants. Beyond team formation, the app offers a dashboard with real-time event data, providing insights into projects and participants. TeamConnect makes digital teamwork easier, more structured, and efficient.
